Private Communication to Nurse Chapel, Non-Native
I am aware that my departure was abrupt following our most recent social interaction. It has come to my attention that this abruptness could be easily misconstrued, particularly considering the concurrent sociocultural faux-pas I committed.
I desire to have a conversation on the subject.
If necessary, I will preface the aforementioned conversation with an apology regarding the aforementioned sociocultural faux-pas.
Please inform me when/if you are available for such a conversation.
Spock.

"Human speech patterns have a tendency to be increasingly nonspecific when discomfort is introduced, if I am misinterpreting your meaning, please provide clarification," Spock prefaced. "While it is true that I would not have normally experienced the abrupt and severe chemical imbalance that sparked the events of our sexual encounter, it is not equal to state that I would not have pursued the goal.
"Admittedly, I would have preferred a more gradual approach, but as there was no conflict of consent, that would have been unnecessary," Spock added, almost conversationally. "However, if the concept of future intimacy is distasteful to you, I shall agree to forget it."
no subject
"Future intimacy?" she repeated. "You mean...it wasn't just the cinnamon? You'd want to...to sleep together again?"
She held her breath as she waited for Spock's reply.
no subject
"Yes."
no subject
"I'd like that too, Spock," she said shyly, realizing as she said it that it was true. She still missed her Spock, and this one wasn't him. But her speech and mannerisms were just similar enough to make Christine feel an affection and comfort with Spock that might not otherwise have been there. And she couldn't deny that she'd had fun, the other day, at least up to the point when Spock had begun acting so strangely.
She almost reached out to catch Spock's hand, but caught herself just in time, dropping her hands to her sides awkwardly.
If she didn't say it now, she might never say it.
"You should know that I normally don't...that is," she started over. "That was the first time I ever...Well, all my previous partners have been male." She hastened to explain before Spock could draw the wrong conclusion. "I mean, not that I didn't enjoy it, but...well...I didn't really know what I was doing, exactly." She wondered if a cure for blushing had been discovered yet, in this universe.

"I would prefer we not engage in sexual intercourse on the galley counter. Is that acceptable?"
no subject
She pretended to consider it for a moment.
"I don't know, Spock," she said slowly. "I admit, my back was a bit sore the next day. But it seemed to work all right. "
She tilted her head and looked at Spock. "Unless you have a better suggestion?"
no subject
"Though common," Spock continued, "I do not object to beds as locations in which to preform such activities."
no subject
"I've always found them to serve the purpose quite well," she admitted. "Though now I'm curious about your other suggestions."
no subject
"However, if you are asking because you desire to immediately experience one of these options," Spock continued, "Then I would readily suggest them."
no subject
She fixed her gaze on Spock.
"I have one question first," she asked seriously. "Are you sure that nothing you've eaten today contains cinnamon?"

"In that case, Spock, I would be happy to...experience one of your options," she said softly, capturing Spock's forearms in her hands and sliding her fingers down to lightly grasp Spock's wrists.

Spock considered what she knew of Christine as she engaged in kissing her. If she were similar to Christian, it was unlikely she would have any of the more interesting accouterments on hand. Unfortunate, but ultimately unnecessary. Spock extricated her right hand from Christine's light grasp and ran the tips of her fingers along the side of the human's jaw, settling them just behind her ear.
"As I did not ask this during our initial encounter," Spock prefaced as she pulled mere millimeters away from Christine. "Is there any activity you desire that I should perform?"
no subject
"What did you have in mind?" she murmured, looking up at Spock.
no subject
"It entails gradual undressing and considerable oral stimulation," Spock concluded thoughtfully, "If you do not object."
no subject
She slid her hand down Spock's palm and twined their fingers together, squeezing gently.
"I don't have any objections, Spock."
no subject
"That is, also, most fortunate," Spock answered and closed the minute space between them. As her lips engaged Christine's her hand blindly followed the curve of her neck to the neckline of her dress. She recalled where the zipper of this particular uniform was, but was in no rush to obtain nudity.

"Your skin is quite fascinating," Spock commented quietly.
no subject
"Are you trying to tell me I'm beautiful, Spock?" she asked, and pressed their lips together again without giving her a chance to reply.
no subject
Spock kissed Christine deeply, her hands dropping to rub across the rise of her trapezius and press against the curve of the muscles. Without the distraction of intoxication, she could feel the swell of thought beneath Christine's skin. She ignored it, dutifully, and allowed her hands to drift to the sides of Christine's thorax.
no subject
Christine scratched her nails lightly against Spock's scalp, and pulled her head down gently to deepen the kiss. She allowed her other hand to follow the curve of Spock's spine until her hand rested between Spock's shoulder blades.
no subject
Spock's hands found the zipper of Christine's dress and eased it down, parted the fabric above the swell of her back and insinuated themselves against the skin there. Her muscles were tight and tensed slightly as Spock's hands pressed against them. This was simply unacceptable.
"Christine?" Spock prompted as she pulled back a breath. A brief kiss punctuated her sentence. "You are tense, shall I relieve this for you?"
